Cookie & Storage Disclosure
Thrumjoy sets no tracking or advertising cookies. This page lists everything the site stores in your browser and why.
1. The notice banner
The banner on your first visit is for information. Choosing Accept or Decline only records that you have seen it, so it does not come back on every page. Declining does not change how the game works, because nothing optional is loaded either way.
2. Storage used by this site
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration | Party |
|---|---|---|---|---|
thrumjoy_flashrunner | localStorage | Game records on this device: best score, best distance, deliveries, runs, sound on or off | Until you clear site data | First-party |
tj_notice_ack | localStorage | Remembers your answer to the cookie notice | Until you clear site data | First-party |
3. Cloudflare
Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, may set a strictly necessary cookie of its own if its security checks are triggered, for example to tell a real visitor from automated traffic. It is not used for advertising.
4. Clearing storage
You can remove both keys at any time in your browser’s site-data settings. Your game records will reset and the notice will show again.
5. Changes
This page will be updated if what the site stores ever changes. Last updated 24 September 2026.
