1. Who runs this site

2. What we do not collect

There is no account, sign-up, comment box, newsletter or contact form on this site. The game does not ask for your name or any other personal details, and it does not send scores or play data to us or to anyone else.

3. What stays in your browser

The game keeps your records in your browser’s localStorage under the key thrumjoy_flashrunner: best score, best distance, total deliveries, number of runs and whether sound is on. A second key, tj_notice_ack, remembers your answer to the cookie notice. Both stay on your device, we never read them, and you can delete them at any time by clearing site data.

4. Information handled by our hosting provider

The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like any web host, its network processes standard request data for each visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the referring page, to route traffic, block abuse and keep the site available. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of our own.

5. Overseas processing

Cloudflare runs a global network, so request data may be processed outside Australia while your request is routed. Cloudflare publishes its own privacy and data-processing terms.

6. How long information is kept

We keep no server logs or visitor database of our own. Request data handled by Cloudflare is kept for the limited period it needs for security and performance.

7. Emails you send

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. We do not add you to any list, and we delete the thread when the matter is closed unless you ask us to keep it.

8. Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, using the contact details in section 1. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner: GPO Box 5218, Sydney NSW 2001, oaic.gov.au.

9. Children

The game is suitable for general audiences and collects no personal information from anyone, whatever their age.

10. Changes

This notice will be updated if the site or its hosting changes. Last updated 24 September 2026.
