These terms cover your use of thrumjoy.com and the game on it. By using the site you accept them.
1. What this site is
Thrumjoy (thrumjoy.com) is a personal website run by Riley Evans. It hosts The Flash Runner: Blockchain Escape, an original game that runs in your browser, free of charge.
2. Points have no value
Scores, fragments, streaks and delivery bonuses in the game are points on your screen and nothing more. The Data Coin in the story is fictional. There is no cryptocurrency, token, wallet, wager, prize or purchase of any kind, and points cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed.
3. Using the game
You may play the game as much as you like for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, re-host or sell the game or its code without written permission.
4. Ownership
The game, its code, graphics, sound and the text of this site belong to the operator. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
5. Health
The game has fast movement, flashing lights and flickering effects. If you have photosensitive epilepsy or feel unwell while playing, stop and take a break.
6. No warranty
The site and game are provided as they are. We try to keep them working on current browsers but cannot promise they will always be available or free of bugs.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or the game.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
