Thrumjoy (thrumjoy.com) is an independent editorial website publishing reviews, comparisons and roundups of free games available on Google Play. It is operated by an individual, Riley Evans, and reflects that individual's editorial opinions and testing notes.
2. No affiliation
Thrumjoy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Google, Google Play, or the developers or publishers of any game reviewed on this site. All game names, icons, screenshots, and trademarks referenced here remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and editorial review purposes.
3. No transactions on this site
Thrumjoy does not sell anything, does not process payments, and does not collect personal data through any form, because the site has none. Installing, playing, or paying for anything inside a game reviewed here happens entirely on Google Play or within that game, under that developer's own terms — Thrumjoy is not a party to that transaction in any way.
4. Intellectual property
The written reviews, comparisons, layout, and original design of thrumjoy.com belong to its operator. Game icons and screenshots remain the property of their respective developers and publishers and are reproduced here under fair-use style review purposes; no claim of ownership over that imagery is made or implied.
5. Accuracy and currency of content
Reviews reflect our experience of a game and its Google Play listing at the time of writing, noted in each review's fact panel. Games are updated by their developers on their own schedule, and a review may not reflect the current state of a game if it has changed materially since that date. Third-party ratings cited on this site are pulled from the Google Play Australian listing and are subject to change independently of anything we publish.
6. No warranties
This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. Editorial opinions and scores reflect subjective judgement, not a guarantee of any particular experience with a reviewed game.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute relating to this site is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
